Shopping with Capra Falcon

This online store is operated by Capra Falcon Inc. These terms apply to your use of the store and purchases made directly from it. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and return information.

Products and information

Product pages describe the items offered for purchase, including available sizes, colors, materials, and prices. Please review the description and size guide before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how a color appears. This does not limit your rights if merchandise is defective or does not match its description. Categories identified as Coming Soon are in development and are not available to purchase.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown before you complete a purchase. Review your order, contact details, and delivery address carefully before submitting it. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you with an appropriate resolution, including a refund for merchandise we cannot supply.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact Capra Falcon promptly to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch. Nothing in these terms limits a cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law.

Shipping and returns

Delivery options are governed by our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, authorization, shipping responsibilities, permitted fees, and refund conditions are described in our return information. Contact us before sending merchandise back. Defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise and seller-responsible delivery damage will be handled with an appropriate lawful remedy.

Promotions

Promotions apply only under their disclosed terms, eligibility conditions, and validity periods. Discounts do not automatically apply to earlier purchases. We do not automatically adjust an earlier purchase price following a later promotion. An ordinary sale discount alone does not make an item Final Sale; any Final Sale restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase and remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information needed to process your order. Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. Capra Falcon content and design may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where the law allows.

Your rights and assistance

These terms do not exclude or limit any non-waivable consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies. If a provision cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
